We are looking for a full time IT/AV Technician to help us deliver excellent customer-facing IT Helpdesk support from the Learning Resources Centre. The role is based at our Camden Campus, but the postholder may be required to work at the Hawkshead campus on occasion.

You will play an important role in the provision of services to students and staff and sometimes to visitors of the college. The postholder will contribute to the efficient operation of the busy Helpdesk and will be directly involved in supporting software, hardware, audio-visual and other services.

We are looking for candidates with a positive and flexible attitude, with great customer service standards, who wish to further develop their IT skills.
