This is a very exciting role for someone who has, or wants to develop, their audio visual and cinema knowledge and experience as you will be taking the lead in ensuring the efficient delivery of our Cinema programme. This will include managing our film content via our Theatre Management System and digital ticketing platforms, creating playlists and ensuring the films are ready to be played at the appropriate times, within each of our screens.
In line with this, your role will be to provide all types of audio visual support to our diverse programme of talks, cinema events, including live streaming, and meetings ensuring that all satellite tests are completed and all of our meeting clients are able to effectively use all our technology for any virtual meetings etc.
You will also be required to support the meetings and events team at the Rheged centre by helping set up and deliver these elements of our exciting business.
You will be required to support with our in-house marketing activities including designing weekly cinema schedules and flyers, which are displayed at our box office.
You will also need to be comfortable with extracting admission data reports from our systems to ensure we comply with our contractual agreements from the cinema agents as well as ensuring all standards are maintained and our technical equipment is regularly checked and tested.
As a key member of the operational team at Rheged you will also be responsible for helping to close down and lock the building, in line with our procedures, as well as providing other operational support during busy periods.
