An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Experience team supporting a high profile client. The role of AV Engineer is a technical position that requires the individual to possess a basic understanding of this area of expertise, as well as business objectives and system requirements. Candidate must possess an effective blend of work experience, education and training in all essential functions.
This role is fully onsite based in Barrow-In-Furness.
Your role
- Point of contact for Conference Room queries
- Complete monthly audits (50% of estate)
- Ensure all Incident Management and IMAC Completion is to SLA
- Complete Non Standard Requests and Project Tasks/Quotes to completion and within agreed timescales
- Maintain End User Guides
Your profile
- Expected to have experience in a related IT role (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate a level of competency through implementation of medium level fixes
- Demonstrate that they are multi-disciplined, typically gained through a mixture of formal and on the job training
- Demonstrate that they have strong inter personal skills and the ability to communicate with customers
- Demonstrates behavioural competencies associated with frequent change, is customer orientated, versatile and organised
